If you are new to yoga starting with a Beginner’s Yoga course will establish a good basic foundation for yoga understanding and development.

Our Beginners Yoga Class is an introduction to understanding and building a solid foundation and alignment in the basic postures of Yoga.

During the classes you will learn Yogic breathing, relaxation techniques and simple flowing yoga sequences, providing you the skills and confidence to join one of our regular yoga classes.
