Healing
Healing involves an education to increase our understanding of the cause of our un-ease and the changes required by us to bring balance back into our physical, mental and emotional well-being.
Developing self-awareness is an important factor in re-establishing wellness as we must become aware of the things that we were doing to cause illness or dis-ease.
Healing can be facilitated by a myriad of techniques or modalities and all may be helpful especially if they employ methods that bring about wholeness.
