Yoga is for everyone whether you are young, old, unfit, or inflexible.

All the disciplines of yoga are intended to awaken a renewed sense of balance and harmony in the body, mind and soul.

If you are new to yoga starting with a Beginner’s Yoga course will establish a good basic foundation for yoga understanding and development.

Our Beginners Yoga Course is a 5 week introduction course focusing on understanding and building a solid foundation and alignment in the basic postures of Yoga.

During the 5 weeks you will learn Yogic breathing, relaxation techniques and simple flowing yoga sequences.  Following the 5 week programme you will have the skills and confidence to join one of our regular yoga classes.

Included in the enrolment fee is a yoga mat, Beginners Yoga Manual and five 90 minute yoga classes.
